My name is Alexandra Noe and I live in Fort Collins, Colorado. I
am a junior in the International Baccalaureate program at Poudre
High School and I am in the process of researching a paper due at the
end of the school year. I am writing it in Spanish and the topic is
EFFECTS OF ENGLISH IMMERSION ON THE EDUCATION OF SPANISH-SPEAKING
STUDENTS. By English immersion I mean to say 100% education in the English
language. I work with two Hispanic ESL students that are immersed in
English-only classes for their entire school day. It is this case that I
wish to research and write about and I was hoping anyone reading this
might have statistics and research that would help me, or at least know
where to find them. Any help offered will be greatly appreciated.
