I have been looking and looking through the site of the Alliance for the Advancement of Heritage Languages, as well as through that of CAL, and haven't been able to find anything about the following topic: Recruitment of heritage language speakers as foreign language (their own) teachers. I am working on a project about this issue, and would like to find out if there is already any initiative along those lines.
