Dear Language Instructors,
The National Heritage Language Resource Center will offer a 5-day workshop on heritage language instruction on July 19-23. The workshop is designed to help language teachers face the challenge of teaching heritage language students and mixed heritage/non-heritage classes. Topics to be covered include the differences between L2 and HL learner profiles, differentiated instruction, assessment, materials selection, curriculum design, and more.
The workshop is free and is sponsored by StarTalk.
