note regarding attachments

Hi everyone,
just a quick note with my moderator's hat on about list attachments.
They are currently enabled, but I would like to discourage their use,
since they are a good way to spread viruses. More importantly, they
are also not searchable in the list archives. Pasting the text of
announcements into the body of an email is a better way to go.
