idea for a workshop at next ICHL

This is an excellent idea. Don Ringe at Penn would also surely be an 
excellent contributor to such a workshop. I know I have found his teaching 
and work on the mathematical bases of historical reconstruction insightful, 
stimulating and persuasive.
