Dating PIE and wheeled transport

Since the theories of D. Anthony and others re: the role of wheeled
transport for the dating of PIE have been mentioned, I may be allowed to
draw attention to a forthcoming publication directed precisely at these
issues.
I'm unable to summarize its contents at the moment (since I'm nothing less
than an archaeologist) but this text, as I have been given to understand,
questions the claims of Anthony (and others) in a profound way:
