Accepting Jim Rader's point that ghostwords are normally false
lemmas, some other term is needed for an "othered" form that has been
taken as a base-form (in some loose sense). If Latin-based
terminology is still widely acceptable, _abductum_ would do the
trick; it is also defensible in the light of _abduction_ as a term
for the "reasoning" which produces some of the instances.
