apology

Dear Colleagues,
Yesterday in the process of plowing through 140 messages (no exaggeration)
in my mail reader, I inadvertently forwarded my daily posting from
the New York Times to HISTLING. Besides being somewhat embarrassed by
this public slip-up, I feel that I should apologize to all subscribers
who were inconvenienced by this.
