Okay, the second part of that last message sounded a bit too didactic, what
with how I forgot my question for Yehuda. So here it is: do Hebrew verbal
nouns behave in something like the same way? Can something similar be done
for Arabic?

All this discussion of explanatory power has been interesting for me, since
I'm still trying to get my sea legs in HSPG.
