Some of us prefer pure WYSIWYG mode; not necessarily because we're computer
wimps, but because it just feels better. I even prefer to do my HTML coding
through a WYSIWYG editor, editing the HTML code directly only when I have
to. MathType Lite is not a bad choice, especially (for you HPSG people) if
you save a copy of the boxed-tag template to paste in as needed.
I am happy for people who enjoy using LaTeX, but it's not for everybody.
