unbounded dependency phenomena

Hi,
	Could anyone please enlighten me as to how unbounded dependency
phenomena are treated in HPSG. I am trying to build a parser for the
english language. How do I build a lexicon which can take care of this. In
the sense, how do I completely specify grammatical details all in the
lexicon. An example would be greatly helpful.
