Hi All,
I would like to point to Aarne Ranta's GF:
<http://www.grammaticalframework.org/>.
GF is not HPSG per se, but is something very unique in its coverage and
potentials, from any aspect, theory and implementation. By having been
working on CBLG, in particular, HPSG/LKB/etc., I can see very promising
directions of theoretical and implementation efforts.
