LX-Center: new section with LT tools for Portuguese

Dear all,


The LX-Center is providing a large number of online linguistic
services for the Portuguese language.

This is to announce that this center was now further expanded
with a whole new section making available, for research purposes,
many of the language technology tools supporting these services.
