citing HPSG Proceedings

Hi everybody,

I got the question how to cite HPSG proceedings while editing this years 
proceedings. Since I think the answer is not just relevant for the 
proceedings, I post it to the list as well.

In my attempt to consolidate the citation mess that is reflected in 
Google Scholar, I added meta tags to the HTML pages for the individual 
papers in the proceedings. These Meta Tags contain the ISSN and the 
title of the proceedings. I did some research and contacted the ISSN 
authorities. The official title of the proceedings is:

"Proceedings of the International Conference on Head-Driven Phrase 
Structure Grammar"

Please use this title rather than "Proceedings of the 13th Inter..., 
Atlantis" or some variant of this.
