[HPSG-L] HPSG Proceedings now online

Hi,

The proceedings of the HPSG conference are now on-line:

http://csli-publications.stanford.edu/HPSG/2020/

It was for the first time since I took over that the proceedings did not
appear in the year of the conference. Although I have super powers it
was impossible for me to avoid this. Stanford security has more than
super power. And Corona did the rest.

Anyway, such delays will not happen again. I promise.
