Hi,
I've used it recently, you can find it here: https://github.com/RuiPChaves/SBCG
This version was ported in 2017 to Sicstus 3.8 (or higher, at the time). No idea if it runs on more modern version, since Sicstus is not free.

Subject: [HPSG-L] In search of Profit
Dear colleagues,
I would be grateful to find a copy of the ProFIT program (Gregor Erbach
1995) used to implement typed feature structures in Prolog. It used to be
available from the Uni-Saarbruecken server but is no longer there.
Just to be clear, it is the actual code I need, not Erbach's papers
describing it, which are easy to find.
With best regards,
Howard Gregory
