[HPSG-L] Updates to and from the Standing Committee

Dear all,

I am writing with some updates regarding the HPSG Standing Committee.
First, Manfred Sailer is stepping down from the committee and his role as
chair. A big thank you to Manfred for his years of service! Sanghoun Song
has also reached the end of his term --- thank you Sanghoun!

Olga Zamaraeva has agreed to a second term and indeed to take up the role
of chair. Thank you Olga!

Finally, we welcome Elodie Winckel as a new regular member of the committee.
Welcome and thank you Elodie!
