[HPSG-L] Second edition of the HPSG handbook out

Dear everybody,

This is to inform you that the second edition of the HPSG handbook appeared:

The first edition was published in 2021 and it has over 35.000 downloads 
now. I think this is what we want as scientists: maximal visibility, 
maximal distribution.

We now have the second edition out with some additions, updated 
references and fixed mistakes.
