[HPSG-L] Draft of textbook in German available

Hi,

I got the rights of my HPSG introduction back. I decided to do a new 
edition with Langauge Science Press. I updated everything to MRS and I 
also use ARG-ST now. The plan is to release the book in a few weeks. It 
is in proofreading now.
