[HPSG-L] Message from the HPSG Standing Committee: Chair change

Dear HPSG community,

I was an honor to be on the HPSG Standing Committee these last 6 years! Now
that my two consecutive terms have come to an end, it is my pleasure to
announce that Elodie Winckel will now be Chair.
