We're delighted to share the programme for the 9th International Languaging Diversity<https://www.unich.it/progetti-ricerca/i-land-conference> conference, to be held at the University "G. d'Annunzio" of Chieti-Pescara (Chieti Campus) from 3 to 5 December 2025.

The conference theme, "Languaging Diversity and Identity in Digital Environments", explores how discursive practices shape identities in contemporary digital contexts, bringing together scholars working on media discourse, AVT, language technology, multimodality, and critical discourse studies.

The programme includes keynote lectures by Frederic Chaume<https://www.unich.it/sites/default/files/2025-07/Chaume_ABSTRACT.pdf> (Universitat Jaume I, Spain), Giuseppe Balirano<https://www.unich.it/sites/default/files/2025-07/Balirano_ABSTRACT.pdf> (University of Naples L'Orientale), and Francesca Saggini<https://www.unich.it/sites/default/files/2025-07/Saggini_ABSTRACT.pdf> (University of Tuscia), as well as a rich selection of panels on online identity, diversity and inclusion in digital media, digital storytelling, and techno-linguistic biases.
