Introduction

I have been conducting research for a couple of decades on Amazonian
languages and am hoping in the next year, if funding comes through, to
begin a large website on prosody in Amazonian languages. The technical
issues of storing data on endangered langauges long-term in digital format
have become more and more important to me, as to other field linguists, so
I am hoping to learn by following discussions on this list.
