Phil, I posted an article with the abstract on the list server that I
believe discusses this and may have some good references related to language
preservation and technology access. Great idea to look closer at this
connection. I look forward to seeing what you find out! Let me know if I can
help any further, and I will keep a loot out for anything written on the
subject if you'd like. When you construct the survey, who will be your
audience, the language teachers?
