Toolbox help

[Ted Moomaw]

I am using my toolbox dict for my lexique pro database and it keeps
defaulting to a read only file, what do I do to correct this. 

Right now it is locked up and won't allow me to do anything in my toolbox
database, the project is unlocked and I uncheck the

read only on my database and it reapplies itself as read only. Any Ideas?
