Palin - language assistance

The only thing that might affect Palin's involvement is that the lawsuit
is actually against the City of Bethel. I'm not sure why that is since
elections are basically a state responsibility. The buck ultimately stops
with Palin, but it isn't immediately clear to me to what extent she has
been involved in this dispute.
