Scholarship opportunity

There are $10,000 scholarships available for indigenous students that are interested in pursuing the discipline of Computer Science.

The American Indian Science and Engineering Society (AISES) is a national, nonprofit organization whose mission is to increase substantially the representation of American Indians and Alaska Natives in science, engineering and other related technology disciplines.  Each year AISES provides a number of scholarships to undergraduate and graduate students in the Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) fields.  

The deadline is June 15 to apply, but it will likely repeat in future years. If you know some bright young students that this could benefit from this opportunity, please pass it on.
