Indigenous languages of South America & ICT

Timothy Anderson of World Computer Exchange made the following request and
it had me wondering if anyone on ILAT had leads on localized content or
software in languges like Guarani, Quichua, or K'iche' :

 

"Do you have any ideas, resources, equipment and/or content that you might
donate to branch libraries in Latin America?  Specifically looking to help
as part of installing computer labs in several branch libraries in each of
the following 5 countries: Ecuador, Paraguay, Nicaragua, Honduras, and
Guatemala."
