flip video: documentation

[Neskie Manuel]

A friend bought one, and it produced pretty good video.  The audio sounds
good as well.  What I'm not sure about is the removable media, because X
hours of use the media will fail, so it's best if you can replace it using
SD cards, but I don't know.  I think they produce mpg videos.  I forget
though.
