Joseph Eska, in his succinct and useful review of some of the recent literature on Celtiberian/Hispano-Celtic (posted 28 Feb), modestly fails to mention his own contribution, _Towards an Interpretation of the Hispano-Celtic Inscription of Botorrita_ (1989), published in the Innsbrucker Beitraege zur Sprachwissenschaft series, and now out of print, I believe.
