child-directed phonetic transcriptions

Hi, I'm looking for a good source of child-directed speech (motherese)
phonetic transcriptions.  I pulled out Bernstein-Ratner from CHILDES.
I thought that would be what I wanted, but it wasn't really.  It's mostly
orthographic transcriptions, and the phonetic transcriptions seem to
focus on the child or on some nonsense words.  Does anyone know of a
source similar to what I'm thinking of?
