Searching for dissertations

Dear all,

I am currently trying to find an unpublished MA dissertation from the
University of Kansas:

Williams Finch, A. [1981] 'Biggerest or biggester: A Study in children's
acquisition of linguistic features of comparative adjectives and
nonlinguistic knowledge of seriation'

and also another unpublished MA dissertation:

Ross, John R. [1964] 'A Partial Grammar of English Superlatives' University
of Pennsylvania(?)

If anyone knows either author or knows how I might go about having a look at
a copy, I would be most grateful to you.
