Investigating noun over-/underextensions

Dear colleagues,

An MA student of mine wants to investigate the rate of nominal
overextensions and underextensions in longitudinal English L1 data
(either experimental or naturalistic).
Does anyone know a corpus (or manageable set of corpora) which is
particularly suited to this end?
