Vocabulary Norms

Hello all. 

Does anyone know where I can find data on the total vocabulary of children 3 and 4 years old, preferably broken down as to nouns, verbs, adjectives, etc.? And while I'm wishing: with both averages and standard deviations?

Or if that is not known, at least the ratio of different form classes (types, not tokens) appearing in preferably a large number of diverse samples of speech of children of those ages?
