IASCL 2017 Congress: amendment

Dear Colleagues,

I apologise for an error that occured in my earlier email about the
Call to host the 2017 Congress.  An in principle decision will be made
at the
Business Meeting of the 2011 Congress not, as I said in error, at the
2014 Congress.
