Dear Nina,

I have been using the following to record auditory stimuli:  Edirol
Rolandus R-09H3 High resolution WAVE/MP3 Recorder - it was $260 in
Canadian funds last year before taxes.  The sound quality is excellent
according to a musician who used it to record singing and speech
stimuli. The down side is that it doesn't have a built-in speaker but
that has proved to be a minor problem.  You can get more information
