exposure to other cultures/languages

Hello,

I would like to create a measure assessing the amount of exposure children
have had to other cultures and/or languages. Does anyone know of any
existing measures that examine these or similar questions (preferably in
the form of a questionnaire filled out by parents)?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
