sad news

Dear Info-CHILDES,

    This morning, Ruth Berman passed on the sad news that Shoshana Blum-Kulka passed away in Jerusalem yesterday. She had combatted pancreatic cancer with fortitude and good spirits for the past two years.  The funeral is tomorrow at a kibbutz outside Jerusalem.
