This new journal aims to provide a forum for academic discussion and 
progress in all areas of communication disorders, as related to the West 
Asia region (a region taken to include the Arabian Peninsula, the Levant, 
Iraq, Iran, Turkey and Egypt). It will publish peer-reviewed studies of all 
aspects of communication disorders and the provision of therapeutic 
intervention. Studies that explore theoretical developments and their 
applications, as well as more directly applied articles on specific 
therapeutic techniques, will be welcomed.
