    The Center for Applied Linguistics has an opening for
a research assistant to join the team conducting research
on Two-Way Bilingual Immersion Programs for the Center for
Research on Education, Diversity and Excellence, a
federally-funded research center. The position is
currently funded at 75% FTE, but could expand to full
time.

    Responsibilities include data collection in
Spanish-English two-way programs, data entry, literature
review, and newsletter preparation. Qualifications
required: B.A. (M.A.  preferred in languages/linguistics
field), native or near-native Spanish language
proficiency, classroom-based research experience, computer
skills. Position available July 1.
