Here is a real cool experiment:

YOu can either go directly to this page


http://www.google.com/search?q=Ornella+Semino&btnG=Google+Search


or do a  Google Search for Ornella Semino. Once you see the page, hit
the
area where it says "translate this article". It will be translated on
the
fly. It is basically equivalent to this article:

http://www.ananova.com/news/story/sm_111156.html?nav_src

You can see how far automatic/machine translation has come.
