[LAP] ICLAP 2018: regarding registration and revised abstracts

Dear all the concerned,

Please note the following points in the context of participants queries
regarding registration and revised abstracts:

- Tomorrow, 31 August 2018, is the deadline for getting registered in the
Early bird category. Again the registration form and details can be found
in the Registration section on the conference webpage,
www.iclap.org/ICLAP2018
- Early bird and Regular are just categories with different rates of
registration fee depending upon whether you pay fee by 31 August 2018 or
later by 17 September 2018
- Oral and Poster are two different modes of presentation. In the former
case authors would present their papers with the help of slides or handouts
and in the second case they would have to prepare their posters for display
and presentation. Guidelines for poster presentations are given on the
webpage of the conference
- If some authors have not received detailed notifications they are
suggested to go for registration as per their categories notified via Excel
file
- In case of more than one authors of a paper, only the registered authors
would be able to attend the conference and get the certificates of
presentation
- Remember a registered author would not be able to present more than one
paper but more than one authors can present a single paper
- If some authors register for the conference but fail to present their
paper in the conference they would not be issued certificates of
presentation
- If you have not received reviewers remarks or reviewers remarks do not
require any change/improvement and your abstract follows the Guidelines for
Abstracts mentioned on the conference webpage then there is no need to
revise your abstract
- Please send your registration documents in a separate new email (not in a
reply to any email) and likewise send your revised abstract also (if
needed) in a separate new email so that they might not be overlooked/lost
- Only members of the organizing committee, invited speakers/guests,
workshop resource persons and attendees of the registered participants with
disability (one with one) are exempted to pay the registration fee. However
people falling in the last two categories are advised to submit the
registration forms.
