[LAP] Call for Papers (Polyglot: An International Journal of Languages and Literature Studies

Dear Colleagues,

Salam

Alhumdolillah! Another milestone achieved! Center for Translation and
Interpretation, NUML launches its journal: "Polyglot: An International
Journal of Languages and Literature Studies". It is the first board-range
multilingual journal in Pakistan with a scope of covering 11 languages, in
addition to the regional languages of Pakistan. Polyglot is a double blind
peer-reviewed, annual research journal published by the Center for
Translation and Interpretation, National University of Modern Languages,
Islamabad. The first issue of Polyglot is scheduled to the published in
June 2019 for which the original and creative articles are invited from the
scholars, academicians and researchers across a wide range of disciplines.
With a special focus on translation, "Polyglot" has a wide scope covering
the major areas from such diverse disciplines as language, linguistics,
literature, literary theory, criticism, etc. The articles should deal with
contemporary and critical issues in these fields with visible contribution
to the existing body of knowledge. As it is a multilingual journal, the
articles can be sent in any of these languages: English, Chinese, Urdu,
Arabic, French, Spanish, Turkish, Russian, German, French, Persian and
Pakistani regional languages. The deadline for submissions is 15th April
2019.
