[LAP] ICLAP 2020 - What to do next

[ICLAP 2020]

 Dear all the concerned,

*A) Check info*: Registered authors/observers, please check your name,
title, institution and category in the online list,
http://www.iclap.org/ICLAP2020/registeredparticipants.html and report if
there is any mistake by 19 October 2020 positively.
Remember your names and titles will be picked from this list for printing
on the certificates.

*B) Send presentations*: Registered authors are requested to send the video
files of their recorded presentations of 15 minutes (+-1) duration each to
iclap2020 at gmail.com (google drive in case of a bigger size) by 19 October
2020. You may learn from tutorials on the internet/youtube as to how to
record your presentations. One such tutorial is here:

The ppt slides in the video must be clearly visible/readable. As the videos
will be made online for a larger audience you may hide/withhold your
pictures if you do not want them to be there. The file name should start
with the Easy-chair number of your submission.

*C) Share addresses*: All registered presenters and participants from
Pakistan are requested to share their postal addresses together with cell
numbers by 19 October 2020 so that the conference books and certificates
could be dispatched to them as they get printed.

*D) Avail the chance to register*: Remaining authors of a paper for which
any of authors have already got registered, could still get registered by
31st October 2020. Rates for observer registration have been revised.
Early-bird fee for an observer will be Rs. 500 till 31st October and Rs.
750 till 15th November.

*E) Ask freely*: Should you have  any questions or confusions feel free to
ask via email.
