I hope this email finds you well.

I request you all to please respond to this survey questionnaire for a part
of a larger research project. This is a short questionnaire and will  not
take more than five minutes.
Please help me collect data about the linguistic and ethnic communities of
Pakistan. The findings will be presented in an international fashion
symposium of Commonwealth CFC.
