Hi Mike,

I and the lead PI (Prof. Susan Penfield) received a grant from the Bill
and Melinda Gates Foundation grant which enabled us to work with the
Colorado River Indian Tribes, Parker AZ.  The grant provided a team of
tribal people with laptops and associated software and from this we
developed language teaching materials and computer training.

The cryptic note was intended for the Gates Foundation.  ;-)
