[Lexicog] Shoebox filename glitch

Good ideas, but Shoebox seems not to allow non-alphanumeric characters in
filenames. I tried the underline, but it gets converted to space in export
to MS Word, then the filename and hyperlink do not match, so there is an
error message and no sound is heard when the hyperlink is clicked.
