[Lexicog] Sorting

Sure, but the algorithm isn't the problem.
How to sort using arbitary orders has been known
for a long time. What is often missing are implementations
that provide the ability to specify all the unique stuff
as well as the ability to handle records that are
not lines and to parse out fields that are not simply
separated by whitespace.
