[Lexicog] Shoebox: Are internal hyperlinks possible for export?

My Cheyenne students continue to give me suggestions for improving our
Cheyenne dictionary on CD. The latest request is for an Index at the
beginning which links to the different beginning letters of words. There are
14 letters in the Cheyenne alphabet and each of them can begin a dictionary
entry. I have seen webpages and other documents which indexes which give
beginning word letters which are hyperlinked. Actually, I have created such
indexes myself using HTML code.

Our dictionary is maintained with the Shoebox program. Is there any way for
Shoebox itself to export the above requested beginning letter index links?

Next, Shoebox provides easy ways for its users to Jump from one form in its
database to another elsewhere in the database. Is there any way for Shoebox
to export the same function via hyperlinks? Today CDs and appropriate
document markup make it very easy for native speakers (and others) to use
technology that goes beyond the printed page. It is very helpful for
dictionary users to be able to click on a linked form in a dictionary entry
and have the link take the user to a related form elsewhere in the
dictionary document. I know how to manually insert the hyperlinks using
Microsoft Word or an HTML editor. But I do not want to spend hundreds of
hours manually inserting the hyperlinks when it is possible for a program to
do so. Can Shoebox insert internal links which which will be clickable after
Export to Microsoft Word or HTML?
