[Lexicog] Lexique Pro 2.2

Please find Lexique Pro version 2.2 at www.lexiquepro.com.

The main changes in this from 2.1 are:
 * Export to Document:
    - Added export to Rich Text Format.
    - Paragraph settings (indents, alignment and line spacing.)
 * Optimisation: sorting and loading dictionary should be faster.
 * Configuration Wizard:
    - Can specify home page images per lexicon (see 'Home Page' page).
    - Can specify fonts for part of speech, labels, borrowed words and
etymology.
 * Various bug fixes.

Sorry - there's unlikely to be much more work on Lexique Pro in the next few
months. I will soon be moving back into more intensive language-learning in
a village location without much in the way of electricity or internet
access.
