[Lexicog] More on sort orders for Karuk

Perhaps you had several files with the same language encoding name. If you
start Shoebox on the computer where the interlinear is not working
properly, and go to Project | Language encodings,  does the list show more
than one file with the same encoding name? The encoding name is what is in
the left hand column, the file name is in the right hand column. If you
create copies of the language encoding files in Windows Explorer, Shoebox
might be referring to one version of the file, and you might be modifying
the other copy.
